Returns & Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags. We do, however, stand fully behind every order — if something arrives wrong, damaged, or not as described, we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your coffee arrives damaged, the wrong product was shipped, or something is missing, email hello@rogusta.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll either replace the order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Unopened bags

Unopened, sealed bags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account before the next billing date. Once an order has shipped, it follows the same return rules above.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
