Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Canadian fulfillment location within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically on your selected cadence (e.g. every 2 or 4 weeks) and ship within 1–2 business days of the renewal date using the same rates and delivery times below. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.
Delivery times
- Within Ontario / Quebec: 2–5 business days
- Western Canada: 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days
- Northern / remote postal codes: up to 10 business days
Shipping rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping is offered on orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at hello@rogusta.ca.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date and we'll make it right.
