Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rogusta Coffee Canada website and the purchase of products through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total.

Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you select. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account before the next billing date.

Intellectual property

All site content — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of Rogusta Coffee Canada or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
